I developed a tool that generates reports based on a simple survey to assess organisations current innovation score.
To implement this we used Squarespace to deploy the website, we used custom code to augment the possibilities and generate a report for users.
As soon as users complete the survey they receive an automated and custom designed email with a personalized link for their assessment. Used: Zapier, Surveymonkey, Javascript, Google Appscript, Google Sheets and D3js.
